Property tax disputes are a core segment of litigation services. We provide court related services to the Towns of Fairfield, Greenwich and Wilton. We represent towns and property owners in assessment appeals.

Appraisals are performed in connection with condemnations, disputes concerning partial ownership interests, and explorations of the impact of environmental matters on real property values.

In additional to valuation issues we present testimony concerning real property due diligence practices and other real estate matters.
