Representing buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords, we have served as agents and brokers for many years. We help to determine offering prices and negotiate sales and acquisitions. We estimate target lease rates and negotiate leases.

Many transactions involve ordinary property types. We execute disposition strategies for investment properties, and have marketed large retail development sites, including 230 acres which became Evergreen Walk in South Windsor, CT. Repositioning an existing property may be rewarding. A recent undertaking involved the sale of an older industrial property assembled in anticipation of retail development.

Special purpose marketing efforts involve schools, churches and convents. Some continue to serve the purpose for which they were originally designed. Others have been converted to residential use.
